The Downtown City Mural was designed and painted by the late, great Tom Freeman in the 1990s. This mural gives the viewer a glimpse of what downtown Lake Wales looked like nearly a century ago. Freeman who's a notable Lake Wales figure has several murals around the city which take you back in time. This mural was meant to show Lake Wales during the late 1920s and early 1930s, when it was still in it's early stages. The mural was touched up by Lisa Moore back in 2007, she helped bring the painting back to it's original glory, and even added some of her own flair.

Community, Winter Haven's newest mural created by Alexa Lauren is located on the exterior wall of Haven Coffee Roasters. Community is used to describe the tight knit community that Winter Haven features, it should stand as a message that we need to build each other up in the community and inspire each other. Make sure to stop into Haven Coffee Roasters and grab a free cup of drip coffee with the Sunshine Savings Pass and take a picture in front of the mural.
Echoes of Resilience is one of Lakeland's newest murals. Situated just outside the RP Funding Center, Echoes of Resilience painted by Samara Ash and sponsored by the Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation highlights Florida's rich biodiversity and the importance of conservation within the state of Florida. The mural displays some of Florida's most important species, featured are a Florida panther, river otter, great horned owl, pied- billed grebes, monarch butterfly and native trees. This mural serves a reminder that we need to preserve Florida's natural beauty and culture. Certainly a must stop on your Mural Magic adventure.
